| In the
beginning.....
The company has a humble beginning. It was
first established in Jan 1991. The main activities then were
to provide installation supervision, instrumentation loop
checking, startup & commissioning services to turn key
contractors serving the petrochemical & pharmaceutical
industries. The scope was further expanded to cover maintenance
and servicing of automatic tank gauging system & process
instrumentation for the local refineries, marketing terminals
and independent liquid bulk storage companies.
The name " Gauging & Automation " was chosen
to reflect its core business for Tank Gauging System and Control
System.
The break through came in 1992 when G & A was appointed
by a world class Swedish Tank Gauging Company M/s Saab Tank
Control AB ( It is today known as SaabRosemount Tank Radar
AB, an Emerson Process Management Company ) as their sole
distributor for Singapore and Brunei. With the excellent support
from our principals and customers, we establish ourselves
as a reputable Tank Gauging company serving many customers
beyond our shore.
We are also known in the industry as the Tank Gauging People.
By word of mouth and blessing, within the next few years we
were succeedingly appointed by ITT Barton ( Now known as Nuflo
Technologies ) Berthold Technologies, ITT Neo-Dyn, Rototherm,
Fuji Instrumentation, Ionics Agar ( Now known as GE Ionics
), ISE Magtech, Controlotron Corporation and Graphic Controls
as their local distributor.
Today, Gauging & Automation is truly a full fledge medium
size Process Instrumentation company serving the Oil &
Gas, Petrochemical, oil refinery, pharmaceutical, power plant,
independent liquid bulk storage companies, cryogenic industry,
water & waste water, utilities, steel, semi-conductor
and general industries…
If it is God's will we shall strive, prosper and to see our
vision come true…

| The company
is operating from at its new 2,900 Sq foot well equipped facilities
located at Eunos Tech Park II, with the floor space, we are
able to keep more live demo and equipment for sales as well
as for training purpose. We are also able to stock a wide
range of fast moving instruments and consumables for immediate
delivery.
We are committed to upgrade and improve
our facilities so as to enhance our total productivity and
competitiveness in order to serve our customers more satisfactorily.

| For the
last three years, the annual sales turnover ranges from $
2.63 ~ $ 3.30 Million, the main bulk of the revenues were
derived from product sales and customer service. The revenue
from system sales is expected to rise in the near future.

Our customer base
are very wide, we focus our sales on the end users as well
as the turn key engineering contractors and trading houses
for local and regional projects. Gauging & Automation
is registered with BCA for financial head of L3 for Control
category, hence we are able to bid for Government / Public
Sector project up to a Million dollar. We list below some
