| The WBS 3000 water bottom sensor works on the capacitive principle, which is ideal for detecting the interface between liquids with different densities and dielectric properties. |
Since the sensor contains no moving parts it is very longlasting, making it very economical.
The WBS 3000 gives a continuous indication of the interface level, so it can be used in automatic dewatering of hydrocarbon product tanks and containers. |

| Alarm Devices for Oil and Grease Separators |
| Separator alarm devices are used in industrial kitchens and restaurants, retail stores and fast-food outlets, industrial installations and garages, car parks, service stations and car washes, airports, motorways, and transport routes near groundwater reserves. |
| Separator alarms are used to indicate the need to empty oil, grease and sand separators. Thanks to the alarm, our customers know when to empty their separators well in advance, eliminating the risk of overfill. |
| Separator alarms are required under most industrial and communal environmental licences and environmental certificates, as they are vital to environmental safety. For example, separator alarms are compulsory under the international EN 858 standard on separator systems for light liquids. |
| Our product range includes OilSET and SET-2000 oil and grease alarms. |
| The sensor in the SandSET sand and sludge alarm warns our customers of any silt or sludge that may have collected at the bottom of the tank, compromising the efficiency of the separator. The normal separator alarm only picks up on the risk of overfill, not on silt or sludge that may have collected in the separator. |

| SET-1000 is a one-channel level switch. |
Typical applications are high level and low level alarms in liquid tanks, condensed water alarms, level control and alarms in oil, sand and grease separators. |
Outputs: Two potential-free relay contacts, 250 V AC 5 A. One relay (alarm relay) resettable. LEDs for mains, alarm, probe cable break and probe cable short circuit indication. Internal buzzer and external alarm can be muted. Direction of alarm operation can be changed.
Probe: One capacitance type Labko SET/…2 series probe or SET DM/3 or SET/S2

| SET/OELO2 is a special probe for leakage alarm in oil burner rooms, in basins under oil tanks, cellars or other dry rooms, where leakage of oil, water or chemicals has to be detected. |
The transmitter is cast in the probe, protection class IP68.
The sensing element consists of two parallel metallic plates and the transmitter detects the presence of liquid between them. Ambient temperature -25...+60 C. Oil-resisting cable 3x0,75 mm², standard length 5 m. SET/OELO2 is approved according to ATEX Directive 94/9/EC. |
