Sampler Products: The True Cut sample probe was the first truly isokinetic sampler available for crude oil sampling and is still the most accurate and reliable method for extracting a sample from a pipeline for BS & W analysis. Designed to fill two or more cylinders simultaneously. Designed for proportional to flow, batch or time sampling. Designed to be used with C-22 Isokinetic Samplers, these units are available in four configurations and are capable of pulse counting, timing, pacing from computer and sending out a loss-of-signal alarm. Designed to provide samples of flowing liquids with cost effective and simpler operation. In the last few years, there has been increasing demand for much more elaborate systems. Universal Size Orifice Plates are a standard used in many industries. They can be used in Plate Holders with North Star, Daniel and Superior Orifice Fittings. Nuflo Paddle Type Orifice Plates are normally used with Orifice Flange Unions. The outer diameters are manufactured from uniform circular discs. The use of straightening vanes in meter runs serves a twofold purpose: The turbulence often created in a complex piping system is straightened and smoothed to a normal flow pattern, and the amount of straight pipe required preceding an orifice is reduced. NuFlo offers both flanged and pin type straightening vanes.
