The POP-22 EX is a versatile level controller to monitor levels, control pumps and valves as well as to send alarms. 2W and 3W level gauges LABKO capacitive level proves are used with a 2W or 3W transmitter according to the application. LABKO probes can be used for numerous applications: fuels, chemical, fresh and waste water, solvents, powders, etc. The 2W transmitter is a 2-wire transmitter with an analogue 4-20 mA output signal. The probes are used in applications where the probe is connected directly to the process control system. The 3W transmitter is used with a capacitive probe which is connected to the LABKO POP-22 or MINI 240 controller / indicator. When using these central units LABKO 3W probes can be installed in explosive atmospheres too. LABKO 3W probes are used in applications where the controller / indicator must contain display and control functions.

Oil separator alarm device SET-3000T2 The SET-3000T2 level alarm instrument is specially designed for oil separators and grease traps. It indicates when it is time to empty the oil separator and thus prevents harmful hydrocarbon emissions to the sewer system. The SET-3000T2 is equipped with two potential-free relay contacts, one of which is resettable. LEDs for mains, alarm, probe cable break and probe cable short circuit indication. Internal buzzer and external alarm can be muted.

SET/OSK2 and SET/OS2 Oil Alarm Probes Inspection Shaft Oil Alarm The SET/OSK2 probe indicates an oil layer in an inspection shaft, pump shaft or on a water basin. The SET-101 control unit provides a LED alarm, a resettable audible alarm as well as two relay outputs to forward the alarms to building automation system or to LabkoNet. Other option is to use the SET-111 control unit with LED alarm and one relay output. High Level Alarm For Retention Tanks The capacitive SET/OS2 probe is ideal to indicate rising level in a retention tank. It can identify hydrocarbons and water and it is approved according to ATEX Directive 94/9/EC. The SET/OS2 probe does not have any moving parts, thus it is extremely reliable. There two alternatives for the control unit. The SET-101 control unit provides a LED alarm, a resettable audible alarm as well as two relay outputs to forward the alarms to building automation system or to LabkoNet. WBS 3000 Water Bottom Sensor The WBS 3000 water bottom sensor measures liquid interfaces inside large tanks. Non-mixing liquids with different densities and dielectric constants will form an interface which can be measured using the capacitive principle. The WBS 3000 gives a continuous indication of the interface level so that it can be used in the automatic dewatering process of hydrocarbon product tanks and containers. Compactly built, this heavy-duty product operates on a two-wire standard signal of 4-20 mA, so it can be used on different types of control systems.
