Startup, Testing & Commissioning We provide factory trained, experienced & qualified technical Service & commissioning engineers to site to carry out M+E installation, instrumentation pre-commissioning loop check, start-up, testing & commissioning, calibration to ensure the delivered instrumentation product and system are in tip-top conditions ready to be put into operations. Risk Assessment and Method Statement Before the onsite job is carried out, we work with our EPC/End-user to prepare and submit the Risk Assessment and Method Statement for customer approval according to our approved ISO45001:2018 and customer’s HSE’s requirement. Annual and Long Term Service & Maintenance Contract Being the industrial leader in Tank Gauging System, Process level measurement system for IHLA ( Independent High Level Alarm system with SIL 2 certifications ) , flow and flow survey measurement , nucleonic ( Radio-active Gamma-Ray ) Instrumentation, Flow measurement system and analytical Instruments, we provide annual as well as long term service & maintenance contract with our key accounts /customers esp those on Jurong Island where 7/24 system availability is of utmost importance Flow-Survey / Flow Verification We provide ad-hoc flow measurement at customer site using our portable clamp-on flow meter for verification purpose or to obtain a reliable flow measurement to meet statutory or operational requirement ( eg fire water line, pump efficiency…etc..) BTU Meter Verification and Simulation Our contrec 212 / 515 BTU meter is the most widely used BTU meter for HVAC / Building Management System for energy billing, we provide engineer to site to carry out repair/replacement, flow and temperature verification using our flow and temperature simulator to ensure the energy calculation is performed to specifications, we also carry out digital communication / verification to BMS /SCADA. Radioactive / Gamma Ray Consultation / Radioactive Source Disposal Service Over the years, we have imported, supplied, delivered, installed and commissioned many radioactive / nucleonics instrumentation for level, density and bulk flow meter for local Petrochemical customers, our radioactive density meter and bulk flow meter are widely used for Singapore Land Transport Authority (LTA) for the MRT tunnelling and NEA DTSS (Deep Tunnel Sewerage System) project. We are licensed by NEA to import, deal, transport, handle the radioactive materials, we provide consultancy services to EPC (MRT tunnelling contractors) who need to import and handle the radioactive materials into Singapore, we also undertake to export/ return/dispose off the spent / disused source back to our manufacturer, with our expertise, we also assist customers to dispose off their spent Tritium ( H3 ) radioactive emergency lights back to the original manufacturers. Workshop Training / FAT We carry out classroom theoretical as well as hands on training using customer’s purchased items or our own fully live and working demo units - Many EPC/ End user prefer to carry out their own calibration, start-up , testing & commissioning to suit their own schedule not to mention to save costs, as it is beneficial to both parties as customer acquire the knowledge , skillset and know-how to do their own, hence we encourage customers to send their installation, startup & commissioning engineers to our office to be trained, carry out FAT , witnessed the instrument configuration, setup and calibration procedures , this will enable customer to do a good and smooth job to ensure the instruments are properly installed, configured, set up, test and commissioned. |
