The Bopp & Reuther FMD is a precision mass flow dosing system specifically designed for the accurate measurement and filling of non-conductive liquids such as oils, distilled water, and alkanes. Utilizing a direct mass flow measurement principle, the FMD provides exceptionally high accuracy and reproducibility — even for small dosing quantities and fast cycles.

Engineered for hygienic applications, the FMD features fully welded construction with no seals, ensuring leak-free operation and long service life. Its compact and sanitary design supports both CIP and SIP cleaning up to 140°C, making it ideal for industries where hygiene and precision are critical, including food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and specialty chemical production.

The system achieves outstanding dosing speeds with filling cycles as short as 250 ms and filling volumes as small as 10 ml, without compromising measurement accuracy. With a high-resolution output (up to 63,660 pulses/kg for DN10), the FMD ensures exceptional measurement detail for process control and automation.
