The Bopp & Reuther MID-EMF is a versatile and durable electromagnetic flowmeter engineered for the accurate measurement of conductive liquids (>20 µS/cm) in dosing, filling, and continuous flow operations. Built for performance and simplicity, it offers outstanding reliability, hygienic design, and easy integration into a wide range of process systems.

Available in nominal sizes DN3 to DN25 and pressure ratings PN6, PN8, or PN10, the MID-EMF is suitable for compact filling machines as well as continuous industrial processes. With a flow range of 0.5 to 10 m/s, it provides precise flow data with a repeatability of ±1%, ensuring consistent and accurate dosing results.

Constructed with stainless steel, PVDF, and EPDM, the MID-EMF is resistant to corrosion, making it suitable for applications in food production, cleaning systems, and chemical dosing. It supports threaded G3/8” to G1¼” process connections, with Tri-Clamp options available for hygienic installations.

The device offers flexible output signals, including volume-proportional pulse, 4–20 mA, or 0–10 VDC, allowing seamless integration with PLCs or batch controllers.
