The Bopp & Reuther MID-MDS ECO is a precision-engineered electromagnetic dosing system developed for high-speed and hygienic filling of conductive liquids (>5 µS/cm). Built for use in food & beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and fine chemical industries, it combines compact design, high accuracy, and effortless cleanability for efficient production environments.

Operating on the electromagnetic flow measurement principle, the MID-MDS ECO ensures non-contact, shear-free dosing — making it ideal for delicate or viscous products such as dairy items (including fruit-based products), sauces, dressings, mustard, mayonnaise, cleaning agents, gels, and medical formulations.

With nominal sizes from DN2.5 to DN40 (0.1”–1½”), this dosing system accommodates a wide range of filling volumes while maintaining repeatability of up to ±0.1%. Its CIP/SIP-compatible design ensures fast and hygienic cleaning without disassembly. Constructed from stainless steel and zirconium oxide, the MID-MDS ECO offers durability, chemical resistance, and compliance with sanitary standards.

Designed for direct pulse output proportional to the filling volume, the MID-MDS ECO can be easily integrated into new or existing linear and rotary filling machines.
