The Bopp & Reuther FLOWAL® Plus OD is a precision single-case oval wheel flow meter engineered for high-accuracy liquid filling applications. Designed for liquids above 3 mPa·s, it offers < 0.5% measuring accuracy, stainless-steel 316 Ti construction, and ultra-high-resolution pulse output up to 2000 pulses/litre, making it ideal for precision dosing, batching, and automated filling systems.

The FLOWAL® Plus OD from Bopp & Reuther is a direct volumetric flow meter specifically developed for precise liquid filling operations in industrial and hygienic environments.

Operating on the oval-wheel measuring principle, it ensures a linear, viscosity-independent flow measurement for liquids exceeding 3 mPa·s — including oils, coatings, and chemical solutions.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel 1.4571 (316 Ti) with PEEK wetted components, the FLOWAL® Plus OD provides superior chemical resistance, temperature stability, and long-term durability.

It operates at process pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures up to 120 °C, making it suitable for a wide range of filling systems and automated production environments.

The high-resolution Open-Collector PNP pulse output (up to 2000 pulses/litre) ensures exceptional measurement granularity and precise control over every dosing cycle.
