The MID SpiraMAG® Tri-Clamp from Bopp & Reuther is a hygienic electromagnetic flowmeter engineered for the precise measurement of conductive liquids with conductivity ≥ 5 µS/cm. Designed to meet stringent sanitary standards, it features a Tri-Clamp connection for easy installation and cleaning in hygienic process lines.

With a measuring accuracy of ± 0.25 % of reading ± 0.1 % full scale, the SpiraMAG® Tri-Clamp ensures dependable performance in applications requiring repeatable and traceable flow data. It supports bi-directional flow measurement and empty-pipe detection, enabling reliable readings even under variable process conditions.

Constructed entirely from stainless steel, the meter offers excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Wetted parts made of Hastelloy C, platinum-plated stainless steel, Titanium, and PTFE/PFA liners guarantee compatibility with a wide range of process liquids, from pure water to aggressive cleaning solutions.

The SpiraMAG® Tri-Clamp is available in compact or remote configurations with operating temperatures up to +160 °C and process pressures up to 16 bar, making it ideal for both hot-fill and CIP/SIP operations. With versatile output options — 4–20 mA, pulse, RS-485, and HART® communication — it integrates seamlessly into modern process control systems.

The Bopp & Reuther Strainer is a robust and efficient pipeline filtration device engineered for the protection of flowmeters, valves, pumps, and other process components. Built to ensure smooth and reliable operation, it removes solid particles and impurities from liquids or gases before they enter critical measurement or control systems.

Available in nominal sizes from DN15 to DN400 (½” to 16”), the strainer supports high flow rates of up to 3,000 m³/h (792,516 gal/h) with repeatability of ±0.01%, ensuring minimal impact on process accuracy. It is constructed from durable materials such as carbon steel, cast steel, or stainless steel, with optional Hastelloy for enhanced corrosion resistance.
