CLIF MOCK 5030 Orifice Meter

The CLIF MOCK Model 5030 single-chamber orifice fitting streamlines the process of inspecting and replacing orifice plates, reducing both time and costs associated with maintenance. This innovative design ensures proper centring of the bore within the meter tube, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
 
The single-chamber configuration of the Model 5030 simplifies the installation and removal of the orifice plate by consolidating the orifice carrier and sealing bar into a single assembly. With a straightforward procedure of removing four bolts and a clamping bar, users can effortlessly extract the assembly from the fitting, replace the orifice plate, and reinsert the assembly within minutes. This swift and user-friendly process eliminates the need to manipulate flange bolts or spread flanges, reducing the risk of fluid loss from the pipeline.
