CLIF MOCK Gas Samplers

Sensia offers a comprehensive range of products, including pressure control and rig systems for onshore and offshore drilling, conventional and unconventional land and platform production systems, as well as separation, processing, and treatment systems. Additionally, Sensia provides subsea production and processing systems, measurement systems, and various valves and actuators.

The Measurement Systems Division of Sensia specializes in designing, manufacturing, and distributing measurement and control instrumentation for the global oil and gas and process control industries. This division was established in 2003 through the acquisition and merger of three reputable companies: Barton Instrument Systems, Halliburton Measurement Systems, and PMC Global Industries.

The CLIF MOCK LGS-2000 Gas and Light Liquid Sampler is a dependable and easy-to-use device for sampling liquid or gas flow streams. It can be quickly set up to sample product based on time or volume with the CLIF MOCK True Cut LGS-1 Pneumatic Positive Displacement Sample Pump. This pump extracts product samples from the pipeline and moves them into a low-pressure receiver or constant pressure cylinder for transportation to an offsite analysis facility.

More details

The CLIF MOCK True Cut LGS-1 Pneumatic Positive Displacement (PD) Sample Pump is designed to effectively transfer samples into a vented sample receiver or a pressure-balanced piston cylinder. It includes a purge valve manifold for easy connection to process piping, including fast-loop connections. To adjust the sample size, users can simply turn the knob at the top of the sample pump to a specific height above its flat surface, with the height measurement directly corresponding to the desired sample size.

The Clif Mock True Cut 2000 Sampler Controller, which is an electronic controller designed to regulate pneumatic devices. When combined with a liquid/gas sample pump, it becomes suitable for sampling liquid or gas flow streams.

This controller offers configurable sampling methods such as time proportional or flow proportional, enabling external pacing devices like turbine meters to regulate the sampling frequency. The controller is housed in an explosion-proof enclosure featuring a window for viewing a dual LCD, a six-key keypad, a press control switch, and electronic circuitry.
