The HLG-100F Series is a Magnetic Flap Type Level Gauge designed to overcome some limitations associated with traditional glass level gauges. This type of gauge is versatile and can accurately measure the level of various tank contents, making it suitable for use in highly corrosive environments, such as chemical plants, as well as across various industrial applications.
Key features of the HLG-100F Series include:
  • Corrosion Resistance: Ideal for use in harsh chemical environments.
  • High Temperature and Pressure Capability: Can operate under challenging conditions.
  • Compatibility with Additional Devices: Can be enhanced with level transmitters and level switches for more comprehensive monitoring and control.
This series provides a reliable solution for level measurement, ensuring safety and efficiency in various industrial processes.

Principle of Product Measurement using Magnetic:
The Magnetic Float is located inside the Chamber and moves up and down according to the liquid level within it. This Float is positioned at the same level as the Tank. The Magnetic Flap, situated on the outer wall of the Chamber, provides an on-site indication based on the position of the Magnetic Float.
The Flap is constructed from aluminum or polycarbonate and features a built-in magnet. Depending on the Float's position, the Flap changes color: when it is green or white, it indicates that there is no liquid present; when it rotates to display red or black, it signifies the current liquid level.
One of the significant advantages of the HLG-100 Series is its ability to simultaneously provide on-site indication, contact (alarm) signals, and a current output of 4-20 mA. This eliminates the need to install a separate level switch or transmitter on the Tank.

The HLT Series is designed to measure and indicate the water level in large tanks within industrial facilities, including oil refineries, petrochemicals, food processing plants, chemical water treatment facilities, and power plants. This series is particularly useful for checking storage amounts, maintaining specific water levels, and measuring precise liquid volumes.
The HLT Series boasts a simple design while ensuring high accuracy and durability, making it a reliable choice for various industrial applications.

Principle of Product Measurement using Float:
The HLT Series features a float that moves up and down in response to the displacement of the liquid within the vessel. This float is connected to a measuring tape, which rotates the stroke as the float moves. The rotation of the stroke is then transmitted to a gear system connected to the indicator pointer, allowing it to display the numerical value of the liquid level.
This mechanism ensures accurate and reliable measurement of liquid levels in various industrial applications.

The HFW-100W Series is designed for measuring the water level in large tanks at industrial facilities, including those in the diesel, petrochemical, food processing, chemical, water treatment, and power generation sectors. This series allows users to directly check the water level height on-site through clearly marked scale markings, providing a straightforward and effective way to monitor liquid levels.

Principle of Product Measurement using Float:
The HFW-100W features a float that moves up and down in response to the displacement of the liquid within the container. A targeting weight is connected to the opposite end of the measuring wire linked to the float. As the targeting weight moves up and down with the liquid level, users can easily check the corresponding scale markings to determine the liquid level in the tank.
This design allows for accurate and straightforward monitoring of liquid levels in various industrial applications.

The HI-MF series sounds like a fantastic solution for monitoring water levels in tanks. The magnetic flap type level gauge provides a clear visual indication of the liquid level based on the color of the indicator's flap, making it easy to assess the water level at a glance.
With a focus on high quality and reliability, this system benefits from advanced design and manufacturing technology, ensuring accurate and consistent performance in various applications. This can be particularly valuable in industries where maintaining precise fluid levels is critical for safety and operational efficiency.

Operation Principle
The direct reading indicator in the HI-MF series sounds very user-friendly.  By using contrasting colors like red/green or black/white, it allows for easy visual identification of the water level as the float moves with the changing water level. When the float rises or falls, the built-in magnet causes the indicator's flap to rebound, clearly showing the current water level.
This design not only enhances visibility but also simplifies monitoring for operators, ensuring that they can quickly assess the tank's status at a glance. Such intuitive features contribute to safer and more efficient operations in various applications.
