The system operates on the electromagnetic flow measurement principle, ensuring non-contact and shear-free dosing — ideal for handling both smooth and viscous products such as milk, cream, ketchup, mayonnaise, sauces, dressings, fruit-based liquids, and cosmetic or medical gels. With dosing times as short as 100 ms, it enables high-speed production with minimal product waste.

Constructed from stainless steel, PTFE, or Hastelloy, and featuring Tri-Clamp or sanitary threaded connections, the MID-MDS meets stringent CIP/SIP cleaning requirements. It allows direct valve control, and thanks to its compact sensor design, it integrates easily into both linear and rotary filling machines.

The MID-MDS Batch Controller System expands functionality by managing up to 540 electromagnetic flowmeters (MID) and associated valves. With RS232 communication, MDS terminal visualization, and MID-PLC or UV14 converter modules, the system supports both small standalone fillers and complex multi-line installations.
