The Bopp & Reuther Oval Wheel Meter Series OC is a robust and precise volumetric flow meter designed for flow and volume measurement of liquid raw materials, intermediates, and finished products. Built for industrial reliability, the OC series offers high measurement accuracy and repeatability, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including process monitoring, transfer measurement, and filling operations.

Engineered with durable AISI 304 stainless steel or aluminum construction, the Series OC ensures excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. It handles viscosities from 0.3 to 350 mPa·s, making it ideal for oils, chemical liquids, demi-water, petrol, and other industrial fluids. With an accuracy of ±0.5 % (optional ±0.25 %) and repeatability of ±0.02 %, it provides dependable performance across varying process conditions.

Available in nominal sizes DN25 to DN400 (1" to 16"), with DIN or ANSI flanged connections, the OC series supports pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures up to 70 °C. Optional flameproof or intrinsically safe designs make it suitable for hazardous area installations, ensuring safety and precision in critical fluid handling systems.

Featuring a Reed contact pulse output, Zone 1 explosion-proof compliance, and high-resolution signal detection, it delivers dependable and precise flow monitoring for light- to medium-viscosity liquids across industrial applications.
