Contrec provides two main series of batch controllers to suit different needs:
  • 400 Series: Ideal for basic batching tasks like IBC filling, drum filling, and food processing. These user-friendly controllers are known for their large LCD displays, durability, and features like auto run and flow alarms. The recently upgraded 424 model offers additional features like compatibility with most flowmeters and communication outputs for printing tickets and remote monitoring.
  • 515 Series: Designed for complex batching applications in the process and petroleum industries. These advanced controllers utilize software-defined functionality for a wide range of applications, including additive injection, ratio blending, and temperature/density-corrected batching. The 515 Series delivers high accuracy and can be configured for multiple channels and outputs. The instrument can be configured to prompt for a valid ID-Tag and/or a Permissive input before commencing a delivery. The ID-Tag number is stored as part of the transaction record, facilitating linkage of deliveries to external databases. A diverse selection of fluid types is supported, encompassing a range of crude and refined petroleum fluids, gasohol blends, ethanol mixtures with water, and also offers temperature compensation for other general fluids through thermal expansion coefficient or a user-defined table.
