CONTREC 515 – OC01 – Open Channel Flow Computer for Freq. Flow Meter & Analog Level Sensors

The OC01 open channel flow computer is designed to measure fluid flow in an open channel. It achieves this by utilizing a frequency flow meter with a velocity-proportional output and an analog level input. The level input, in combination with entered dimensional parameters, is utilized to calculate the cross-sectional area of the fluid in the channel.
This flow computer accommodates various regular channel shapes such as rectangular, triangular, trapezoidal, circular, and half-round. Additionally, it offers a non-linear selection capability, allowing the level input to represent the actual cross-sectional area of the fluid at different levels, thus enabling flow measurement in other channel shapes.
The flexibility and adaptability of the OC01 open channel flow computer make it suitable for a wide range of open channel flow measurement applications, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
