Process and Temperature Meter

Precision Digital offers a variety of temperature application solutions for temperature transmitter displays and direct temperature inputs from RTD and thermocouples. These meters, displays, and controllers include digital panel meters, explosion-proof displays, and temperature scanning systems. These devices work with thermocouple, RTD, or transmitter analog inputs and include relays and 4-20 mA analog output control and alarm options.

The Sabre series of digital panel meters combines operational simplicity with high-end features to deliver low-cost meters for display only process or temperature applications. Despite being a low-cost meter, the Sabre series is still packed with many features typically found only in more expensive meters, like a NEMA 4X front, universal power supply, front panel programming, input current overload protection, UL Listing and CE marking. The menu structure is easy to navigate because there are only selections for input and scaling options with no other menu choices to add confusion during the setup process.

The PD6060 is part of the ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters and is designed to accept two inputs, either from process current (4-20 mA) or process voltage (0-5V, 1-5V, etc.) signals. It features a dual-line, 6-digit display, which can be enhanced with optional Sunbright® sunlight-readable LEDs. The meter offers customizable display options, allowing both inputs to be shown simultaneously with tags or to display the results of mathematical operations performed on one or both inputs.

Like all ProVu models, the PD6060 is equipped with UL/C-UL listing, CE marking, a robust NEMA 4X front, and supports both AC and DC power options. It can also include up to four internal relays, a 4-20 mA analog output, and Modbus® serial communications. Additionally, the PD6060 comes with a 24 V DC power supply to support the transmitters and can be programmed using the front panel pushbuttons or the free MeterView® Pro software.
