ProVu Batch Controller

The ProVu series of 1/8 DIN digital panel meters from Precision Digital is their leading product line. This series includes a wide range of analog and pulse inputs, along with Modbus® RTU serial communication. They feature a clear dual-line display, UL/c-UL listing, CE marking, and a robust NEMA 4X front. Additionally, all ProVu models can be equipped with optional SunBright® displays for visibility in direct sunlight. The series supports up to four relays and a 4-20 mA output.
 
The dual-line display enhances functionality in both programming and operating modes. In programming mode, the second line provides context for the current menu, while in operating mode, it can show a unit tag beneath the process variable. Furthermore, the ProVu’s innovative dual-scaling capability allows the two lines to display different scales for the same input.

PD6210 ProVu Analog Input Batch Controller

The ProVu PD6210 is a 1/8 DIN digital batch controller designed for analog inputs (like 4-20 mA, 0-5 V, 1-5 V) and is ideal for both single and multi-stage batching applications. It offers effective and straightforward batch control with features like preclose relays and automatic overrun correction to enhance batch accuracy. The intuitive front panel buttons make operation and menu navigation easy. The preclose function disables a specific relay before the batch completes, accommodating slower fill rates for improved precision.

Automatic overrun correction ensures batch size remains accurate over time and compensates for system wear. With expansion module relays, the PD6210 can support up to eight stages of batching, with each relay allowing for an individually programmable preclose amount. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6210 is UL / C-UL listed and CE marked, features a NEMA 4X front, and offers both AC and DC power options.

The ProVu PD6310-WM is an NTEP® certified digital batch controller designed for pulse input (NPN, PNP, TTL, switch contact, sine wave, etc.) in single and multi-stage batching applications. It has been approved as a Weighing and Measuring device. This versatile batch controller offers excellent yet straightforward control capabilities, featuring preclose relays and automatic overrun correction for improved accuracy in batching. Its intuitive front panel buttons make operation and menu navigation easy.

Additionally, the device includes a tamper-proof programming lockout system, which consists of a cable with a compression seal to restrict access to the programming lockout jumper. Like all ProVu meters, the PD6310 is UL/C-UL listed, CE marked, has a NEMA 4X front, and offers options for AC or DC power.
