NUFLO 2000 Series Scanner & Flow Computers

The 2000 series NUFLO Scanner Flow Computer comprises of four models. NUFLO Scanner 2000, 2100, 2105 and 2200. Each provides the same user interface experience but vary in form and capability by model.

Sensia emphasizes the ability to tailor sophistication and scalability to specific applications, setting it apart. An example is the NUFLO Scanner 2000 flow computer, known for its simplicity and efficiency as a chart recorder replacement. It can also self-network with a 3000 Series QRATE Scanner for multi-stream measurement and automation. Sensia's fault-tolerant WLAN wireless and wired multi-drop capabilities comply with API 21.1 and various other measurement standards.

The 2000 Series NUFLO Scanner Flow Computers are well-known for their simplicity and efficiency, often used as replacements for chart recorders. They offer expansion I/O for scalability and adaptability to various measurement, monitoring, and control applications. With an internal energy source, they can operate autonomously for many months, even when deployed in Sensia's fault-tolerant WLAN wireless or multi-drop wired automation strategies.

The 2000 Series NUFLO Scanner Flow Computers are highly regarded for their simplicity, efficiency, and scalability, serving as an effective replacement for chart recorders and offering expansion I/O for adaptability across various measurement, monitoring, and control applications. These flow computers are equipped with an internal energy source that ensures autonomous operation for extended periods, even when deployed in Sensia’s fault-tolerant WLAN wireless or multi-drop wired automation strategies.

The Scanner 2000 microEFM is a compact, low-power flow computer that integrates gas, steam, and liquid measurement capabilities typically found in larger instruments. It is available in CSA-approved explosion-proof and weatherproof models suitable for different installation environments. With a single lithium battery pack powering the instrument for more than a year, it's ideal for remote locations with limited power supply options.

This economical chart recorder replacement, stand-alone totalizer, and flow computer measures and computes standard volumes of gas, steam, petroleum liquids, and generic liquids with high accuracy. It's suitable for various measurement scenarios, such as differential pressure outputs of an orifice plate or cone meter, or the linear pulse output of a turbine, positive displacement, or vortex flowmeter. The Scanner 2000 also accommodates different measurement needs, including gas and water measurement in coal bed methane operations, AGA-3 or cone meter runs, compensated liquid measurements, and gas measurements in compliance with AGA-7 standards.

Furthermore, the Scanner 2000 can be expanded with an optional expansion board to include a second turbine meter input, enabling measurement of up to three separate flow runs, along with additional input/output capabilities.
