NUFLO MC Synergy Digital Totalizer and Transmitter

The new MC Synergy Flow Totalizer offers a breakthrough in condition-based monitoring for turbine meter flow measurement, providing users with actionable insights and diagnostic capabilities previously only available for other flow measurement technologies. This pioneering feature allows users to schedule calendar-based monitoring and receive notifications for various parameters, such as rotor blade issues, flow rate deviations, and signal quality, among others. Additionally, the totalizer comes with eight user-configurable alarms for added flexibility.

Moreover, the device simplifies commissioning through QR code integration, allowing users to wirelessly upload meter characteristics and configure the totalizer via Bluetooth using the Digital Data Plate mobile app, without needing an internet connection. The MC Synergy also offers flexible connectivity, being HART and Ethernet ready, with the option to add an expansion board for expanded connectivity. Furthermore, it retains compatibility with Modbus and includes a second RS485 comm port, ensuring easy replacement and enhanced communication capabilities.

You can conveniently access common operations through the enclosure lid's glass using five capacitive buttons or through Sensia's Digital Data Plate* app on your mobile device. Additionally, a PC software application is available for configuring and calibrating the unit swiftly and effortlessly.
